To pursue the “rattle of power” VCC-BLU will go through six stages of modification. This path will be a little more costly in labor, but will provide us with the opportunity to take the necessary performance measurements at each stage. For instance, most owners would combine Stage IV and V to save a few hours of labor due to the fact the exhaust manifolds are removed when the cylinder heads are replaced.
VCC-BLU will follow the following plan:

Stage IV: Cylinder Heads
